Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of RingDue as a personal reminder call assistant for WhatsApp and calendar reminders in India.
Last updated: May 26, 2026
Rollout-stage service
RingDue is currently rolling out in India. Features, pricing, availability, channels, and support workflows may change as Team RingDue tests the product with real reminder workflows.
Use of RingDue
RingDue is a personal reminder call assistant. You can create reminders through WhatsApp, the app, or connected calendar workflows, and RingDue may call your verified phone number at the scheduled time.
RingDue only calls for user-created reminders or reminders that the recipient has explicitly opted in to receive. RingDue must not be used for promotional calling, sales blasts, lead generation, or unsolicited outreach.
Consent to calls and messages
You must verify your phone number and consent before RingDue places reminder calls. By default, RingDue calls only the verified number linked to your account.
You are responsible for any phone number or optional contact you add. Do not add another person, business, or shared number unless you have permission and the reminder workflow is explicitly allowed.
- Send STOP in WhatsApp to pause reminder calls and messages.
- Contact support or use account deletion controls to remove your number and reminder data.
- Message and data rates may apply from your mobile provider.
- Reminder calls are user-initiated or explicitly opted-in reminders, not promotional outreach.
Not for urgent or critical use
RingDue is not an emergency, safety, or life-critical service. Do not rely on RingDue as your only reminder for urgent, safety-sensitive, legal, financial, or emergency matters.
Plans and usage
Plan limits, call credits, prices, and features may change during rollout. Each outbound reminder call and retry call may use a call credit. Family and custom plans may have custom limits and terms, but may not use RingDue for unsolicited promotional calls.
Acceptable use
- Do not use RingDue for spam, harassment, fraud, promotional blasts, or unauthorized calls.
- Do not use RingDue to call third parties by default or to contact people who have not opted in to the reminder.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, verification, consent, or provider controls.
- Do not submit content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes another person's rights.
Availability
RingDue depends on telecommunications networks, WhatsApp, calendar providers, cloud services, and user device availability. RingDue works to make reminders reliable, but does not guarantee that every call, message, or reminder will be delivered at an exact time.
Account deletion
You can request deletion of your RingDue account and associated reminder data at /delete-account or by emailing founder@ringdue.com.
