Call compliance
RingDue is a personal reminder call assistant. RingDue does not place promotional blasts, lead-generation calls, or third-party calling campaigns.
By default, RingDue calls only the verified number linked to your account. RingDue does not call another person unless you have explicitly configured an allowed reminder workflow and have permission to use that number for the reminder.
Service providers
RingDue uses trusted service providers to run the service. These may include hosting providers, telephony providers, WhatsApp messaging providers, transcription or AI processing providers, and calendar providers when you connect calendar access.
RingDue does not sell personal information and does not use reminder call workflows for marketing calls without consent.
Your controls
- Send STOP in WhatsApp to pause RingDue reminder calls and messages.
- Cancel individual reminders from WhatsApp or the app when available.
- Disconnect Google Calendar from the app or your Google Account settings.
- Request account deletion at /delete-account or by emailing founder@ringdue.com.

Retention
RingDue keeps reminder, call, and audit records only as long as needed to operate the service, provide support, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability. Account deletion requests are handled as described on the Delete Account page.
