Do not include passwords, payment details, or unrelated sensitive personal information in support messages.

Send STOP in WhatsApp to pause RingDue calls and messages. Use the Delete Account page for account and reminder data deletion instructions.

RingDue only places calls for personal reminders created by the user or explicitly opted in by the recipient.
